- Donations are generally non-refundable.

- Incorrect donation amount due to a technical error

2. Event, Workshop, and Program Registrations
2.1 Free Events
For free events or workshops, participants may cancel their registration at any time by informing us via email. No refund is applicable as no payment is collected.
2.2 Paid Events or Workshops
For paid events, workshops, or training programs:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation
Refund Schedule (unless otherwise stated):
- Cancellation 7 days or more before the event: Full refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if any)
- Cancellation 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the event or no-show: No refund
3. Event Changes or Cancellations by BhoomiTech
We reserve the right to:
- Modify event schedules, speakers, content, or venue
- Postpone or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances
If an event is cancelled by BhoomiTech:
- Participants will be offered a full refund or
- An option to transfer the registration to a rescheduled date or another event
4. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Payment gateway or bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
